The data reported in this manuscript were collected as part of a larger data collection, study 1 of the project: Meaning-reconstruction process in cancer: the role of psychological flexibility. Intensive longitudinal and experimental studies (National Science Centre, Poland, grant No. 2020/39/B/HS6/01927 awarded to Aleksandra Kroemeke). The protocol of study 1 was published: Kroemeke A, Dudek J, Sobczyk-Kruszelnicka M (2022) The role of psychological flexibility in the meaning-reconstruction process in cancer: The intensive longitudinal study protocol. PLoS ONE 17(10): e0276049. https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0276049.
The current manuscript aimed to expand the knowledge about the association between illness representations and biopsychosocial well-being. To reproduce key results, please start with File_2.csv and load it into your software program. Reproducible Mplus code for all analyses is provided in File_3-24.txt. Note that some variables that are displayed in the codebook are not available in the data set to guarantee the anonymity of our participants.
