Dataset for the manuscript "Illness representation profiles and biopsychosocial well-being: a longitudinal study in hematopoietic cell transplantation recipients"

The data reported in this manuscript were collected as part of a larger data collection, study 1 of the project: Meaning-reconstruction process in cancer: the role of psychological flexibility. Intensive longitudinal and experimental studies (National Science Centre, Poland, grant No. 2020/39/B/HS6/01927 awarded to Aleksandra Kroemeke). The protocol of study 1 was published: Kroemeke A, Dudek J, Sobczyk-Kruszelnicka M (2022) The role of psychological flexibility in the meaning-reconstruction process in cancer: The intensive longitudinal study protocol. PLoS ONE 17(10): e0276049. https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0276049. The current manuscript aimed to expand the knowledge about the association between illness representations and biopsychosocial well-being. To reproduce key results, please start with File_2.csv and load it into your software program. Reproducible Mplus code for all analyses is provided in File_3-24.txt. Note that some variables that are displayed in the codebook are not available in the data set to guarantee the anonymity of our participants. This folder contains the following files: - [File_1.xlsx]: This file contains the codebook that contains information on variables used in the study (manuscript). - [File_2.csv]: This file contains the data file used in the article. - [File_3.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_4.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_5.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_6.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_7.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_8.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_9.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_10.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_11.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_12.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_13.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_14.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_15.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_16.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_17.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_18.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_19.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_20.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_21.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_22.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_23.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article. - [File_24.txt]: This file contains the Mplus script/output that allows the reproduction of key findings from the article.
