Agnieszka Jacobson-Cielecka była kuratorką prac artystyczno-badawczych w zespole projektowym, który zrekonstruował stroje na podstawie malowideł z Faras z kolekcji Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie i Sudańskiego Muzeum Narodowego w Chartumie. W ramach wieloetapowego procesu twórczego, zostało odtworzonych pięć sylwetek: dwa przykłady stroju królewskiego, dwóch matek królewskich oraz strój biskupa. Stroje po raz pierwszy zostały zaprezentowane w formie pokazu w Muzeum Luwru, w Audytorium Michela Laclotte, w ramach prowadzonego przez Muzeum cyklicznego programu "Midis de l'acheologie!". Następnie stroje ukazały się na wystawie "Dress to Impress" w Muzeum im. Bodego w Berlinie. Działania zostały zrealizowane we współpracy UW z USWPS i były częścią projektu współfinansowanego z NCN w ramach programu finansowania badań naukowych i innowacji UE "Horyzont 2020".
Abstract EN
Agnieszka Jacobson-Cielecka was the curator of artistic and research works in the project team that reconstructed costumes based on paintings from Faras from the collection of the National Museum in Warsaw and the Sudanese National Museum in Khartoum. As part of the multi-stage creative process, five figures were recreated: two examples of royal costumes, two royal mothers and a bishop's costume. The costumes were first presented in the form of a show at the Louvre Museum, in the Michel Laclotte Auditorium, as part of the Museum's cyclical program "Midis de l'acheologie!". Then, the costumes appeared at the "Dress to Impress" exhibition at the Bode Museum in Berlin. The activities were carried out in cooperation between the University of Warsaw and the SWPS University and were part of a project co-financed by the National Science Center under the EU research and innovation funding program "Horizon 2020".
