Paweł Starzec jest autorem eseju "Duch w maszynie do mieszkania", towarzyszącego monografii wieloautorskiej pod redakcją Iwony Kałuży. Publikacja "Mister Wrocław" skupia się na konkursie architektonicznym Mister Wrocławia, organizowanym w latach 1960-1977 przez Słowo Polskie. Iwona Kałuża z zespołem (za koncepcję wydawnictwa odpowiadali także Dawid Błaszczyk, Alicja Prodeus, Maurycy Prodeus, Iza Wiśniewska) opracowała 73 ciekawe budynki, które były nagrodzone lub wyróżnione w plebiscycie; dodatkowo, budynki te zostały połączone w trasy spacerowe. Na zaproszenie redaktorki i wydawcy Paweł Starzec przygotował esej towarzyszący, pełniący w publikacji rolę posłowia. Wydawcą publikacji jest Wydawnictwo Fundacja Fandom (2026). Monografia miała swoją premierę na spotkaniu autorskim w siedzibie Fundacji Fandom we Wrocławiu, następnie została zaprezentowana podczas cyklu spacerów miejskich po Wrocławiu oraz na spotkaniu autorskim w ZODIAK Warszawskim Pawilonie Architektury. Publikacja została wydana w twardej okładce, o wymiarach 29.7 x 21 cm i liczy 112 stron. Nr ISBN 9788397662919.
Abstract EN
Paweł Starzec is the author of the essay "The Ghost in the Apartment Machine," which accompanies a multi-author monograph edited by Iwona Kałuża. The publication "Mister Wrocław" focuses on the Mister Wrocław architectural competition, organized between 1960 and 1977 by Słowo Polskie. Iwona Kałuża and her team (Dawid Błaszczyk, Alicja Prodeus, Maurycy Prodeus, and Iza Wiśniewska were also responsible for the publishing concept) designed 73 interesting buildings that received awards or distinctions in the competition; additionally, these buildings were connected to form walking routes. At the invitation of the editor and publisher, Paweł Starzec prepared an accompanying essay, which serves as an afterword in the publication. The publication is published by Wydawnictwo Fundacja Fandom (2026). The monograph premiered at an author meeting at the Fandom Foundation headquarters in Wrocław and was then presented during a series of city walks around Wrocław and at an author meeting at the ZODIAK Warsaw Architecture Pavilion. The publication is published in hardcover, measuring 29.7 x 21 cm and has 112 pages. ISBN number 9788397662919.
