Abstract PL
Cykl prac plastycznych pt.: "Milczenie", "Sen we śnie" i "Dla Ani", został przygotowany przez Katarzynę Sowę na konkurs "PoeTry – zasmakuj Poe’go" i związane z nim wystawy. Prace zostały wykonane w formacie 297 x 420 mm, w technice akwareli, wydrukowane metodą typograficzną (metalowe czcionki) na papierze akwarelowym. Cykl prac został upubliczniony w ramach serii wystaw "VI międzynarodowego projektu typograficznego PoeTry 2025 – zasmakuj Poe’go" - wydarzenia nawiązującego do twórczości Edgara Allana Poe. Wystawy prac konkursowych zostały zorganizowane w: Galerii Stary Ratusz WBP w Olsztynie (21.08-11.09.2025) oraz w Galerii Wozownia Sztuk w Muzeum Pomnika Historii we Fromborku (23.08-15.09.2025).
Abstract EN
The series of artworks entitled "Silence," "Dream within a Dream," and "For Ania" was prepared by Katarzyna Sowa for the "PoeTry – Taste Poe" competition and related exhibitions. The works were created in a 297 x 420 mm watercolor format, printed using metal letterpress on watercolor paper. The series of works was presented as part of the "6th international typographic project PoeTry 2025 – Taste Poe" - an event inspired by the work of Edgar Allan Poe. Exhibitions of the competition works were organized at the Stary Ratusz Gallery of the Provincial Public Library in Olsztyn (August 21–September 11, 2025) and at the Wozownia Sztuk Gallery at the Historical Monument Museum in Frombork (August 23–September 15, 2025).
