Indywidualna wystawa prac Bartosza Muchy p.t. "Everyman odwraca kamerę" prezentuje premierowo serię obiektów rzeźbiarskich i instalacji artystycznych. Wśród nich znajduje się duży, trzyczęściowy zestaw rzeźb stanowiący uabstrakcyjnioną kompozycję postaci ludzkich w skali naturalnej, a także dziewięć innych obiektów – w większości przygotowanych specjalnie na tę ekspozycję. Tytułowy Everyman jest użytkownikiem obiektów i instalacji artystycznych Muchy i stanowi metaforę przeciętnego obywatela. Do realizacji prac zostało wykorzystane drewno dębowe oraz filc. Wystawa została zorganizowana w Rondzie Sztuki w Katowicach i była dostępna do zwiedzania przez 2 tygodnie. Rondo Sztuki jest instytucją kultury prowadzoną przez ASP w Katowicach, stale budującą swój prestiż m.in. poprzez współprace z Instytucją Kultury Ars Cameralis i goszczenie wystaw Davida Lyncha, Jake’a i Dinosa Chapmanów, Ilyi i Emilii Kabakovów, Jean-Michela Alberoli, Santiago Sierry czy Pabla Picassa.
Abstract EN
Bartosz Mucha's solo exhibition, "Everyman Turns the Camera," premieres a series of sculptural objects and art installations. These include a large, three-piece set of sculptures, an abstracted composition of life-size human figures, and nine other objects - most of which were created specifically for this exhibition. The titular Everyman is a user of Mucha's artistic objects and installations and serves as a metaphor for the average citizen. Oak wood and felt were used in the works. The exhibition was organized at Rondo Sztuki in Katowice and was open to the public for two weeks. Rondo Sztuki is a cultural institution run by the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, steadily building its prestige through collaborations with the Ars Cameralis Cultural Institution and hosting exhibitions by David Lynch, Jake and Dinos Chapman, Ilya and Emilia Kabakov, Jean-Michel Alberola, Santiago Sierra, and Pablo Picasso.
