Flourishing at work. Psychometric properties of the Polish version of the Workplace PERMA-Profiler

The dataset contains two files in sav format. The archived data refer to the research project: Polish adaptation of the Workplace PERMA Profiler (WPP) questionnaire. The project consisted of two research phases: 1. conducting a confirmation survey for the structure of the WPP and checking the accuracy of the diagnosis with the new tool. This was an online survey conducted by an external company on sample = 1070. a. questionnaires were used to test convergent relevance: - PERMA Profiler PL (Wąsowicz, Mizak, Krawiec, & Białaszek, 2021) - Job Satisfaction Scale (Zalewska, 2003) - Perceived Stress at Work Questionnaire (Chirkowska-Smolak & Grobelny, 2016) b. divergent validity - Zero-Sum Game Belief Questionnaire (Różycka & Wojciszke, 2010) 2 Verification of measurement stability - repeated measurement at 2-week intervals on a group of 60 people The file titled "Dataset_PERMA_Workplace_pl" contains data from a design study of the Polish version of the Workplace PERMA Profile questionnaire. The file titled "WPP - measurement stability over time" contains data from a study of the stability of measurement using the Workplace PERMA Profil questionnaire. Statistical analysis A sequence of psychometric examinations was executed to confirm structural validity of WPP, encompassing inter-item correlation analysis (utilizing Pearson’s r), reliability analysis (involving Cronbach’s alpha, and McDonald’s omega), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and ultimately, analyses pertaining to validity. The analyzes included the single-factor model (the 15 PERMA WPP items will load on a single workplace well-being factor) and the five-factor model (the 15 PERMA WPP items will load on five separate PERMA factors, where the factors are inter-correlated but treated as separate constructs). All statistical analyses were carried out utilizing the R program and RStudio, employing predominantly (in alphabetical order): corrplot, dplyr, haven, Hmisc, lavaan package, mvnTest, PerformanceAnalytics, psych, RColorBrewer, and semTools.
