Przedmiotem rozważań jest język Konstytucji RP z 1997 roku , analizowany nie z punktu widzenia poprawności lingwistycznej, a z punktu widzenia używania określonych zwrotów językowych w akcie prawnym. Rozważania dotyczą tego, czy tekst aktu prawnego o charakterze fundamentalnym dla ustroju państwa, jakim jest Konstytucja, spełnia wymagania co do jasności regulacji i jej zrozumienia dla adresatów, czyli nie tylko organów państwa ale również obywateli.
Abstract EN
The subject of the considerations is the language of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland of 1997, analyzed not from the point of view of linguistic correctness, but from the point of view of using certain language phrases in the legal act. The considerations concern whether the text of a legal act of a fundamental nature for the state system, which is the Constitution, meets the requirements for clarity of regulation and its understanding for its addressees, i.e. not only state bodies but also citizens.
