Dataset: How does intuition work? The Contribution of Cognitive and Affective Processes in Intuitive Judgments of Semantic Coherence

dc.abstract.enThis repository contains a dataset and documentation from a series of behavioral experiments investigating the cognitive and affective processes underlying intuitive judgments of semantic coherence. The experiments employ eye-tracking methodology to examine how perceptual fluency and semantic network activation influence the formation of intuitive judgments when participants solve tribonds (sets of three words sharing a common association). The dataset includes eye-tracking data, such as gaze coordinates and fixations, as well as behavioral data, including accuracy and response times. The repository provides detailed information about the study methodology, data structure, and quality control measures, along with standardized metadata following the Dublin Core format.
