"Pink Frost vase from the Bumps 2.0 series" i "Wall-hanging from the Bumps 2.0 series" autorstwa Arkadiusza Szweda, to unikatowe obiekty wykonane z porcelany, w odlewie z formy gipsowej, szkliwione. Wazon "Pink Frost vase from the Bumps 2.0 series" ma wysokość 20 cm i średnicę 15 cm; "Wall-hanging from the Bumps 2.0 series" to obiekt ścienny o wysokości 20 cm i średnicy 15 cm. Obiekty zostały zaprezentowane na wystawie REGENERATION - wystawie polskiego designu, prezentującej najnowsze trendy i projekty w kontekście odpowiedzialności, solidarności oraz przyszłości, w ramach prezentacji Polski w Unii Europejskiej w Brukseli i Strasburgu. Ekspozycja odbywała się w budynkach Rady Unii Europejskiej oraz Parlamentu Europejskiego. Wystawę zorganizował Instytut Adama Mickiewicza w ramach międzynarodowego programu kulturalnego Polskiej Prezydencji w Radzie Unii Europejskiej. Opiekę kuratorską nad wystawą pełniła Katarzyna Baumiller. Wystawa była otwarta od 14.01.2025 do 24.06.2025.
Abstract EN
The "Pink Frost Vase from the Bumps 2.0 Series" and "Wall-Hanging from the Bumps 2.0 Series" by Arkadiusz Szwed are unique objects made of porcelain, cast from a plaster mold, and glazed. The "Pink Frost Vase from the Bumps 2.0 Series" is 20 cm high and 15 cm in diameter; the "Wall-Hanging from the Bumps 2.0 Series" is a wall-mounted object 20 cm high and 15 cm in diameter. The objects were presented at the REGENERATION exhibition – an exhibition of Polish design showcasing the latest trends and projects in the context of responsibility, solidarity, and the future, as part of Poland's presentation in the European Union in Brussels and Strasbourg. The exhibition took place in the buildings of the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament. The exhibition was organized by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute as part of the international cultural program of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. The exhibition was curated by Katarzyna Baumiller. It was open from January 14, 2025, to June 24, 2025.
