Utwór cyfrowy "Makeshift" autorstwa Pawła Starca, Krzysztofa Pijarskiego i Michała Szota powstał w 2020 r. na podstawie cyklu dokumentalnego Pawła Starca "Makeshift", realizowanego w latach 2013-2020. Utwór powstał we współpracy z vnLab PWSFTViT w Łodzi i został zaprezentowany podczas wydarzenia "Nowe narracje wizualne 2022" w Łodzi (1.07.2022) wraz z towarzyszącą wystawą zdjęć z projektu, a następnie podczas wystawy "Ground Control" w Wenecji (2023), organizowanej przez vnLab i finansowanej przez Ministerstwo Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego w ramach Programu Rozwój Sektorów Kreatywnych. Makeshift to projekt poświęcony przepisywaniu historii w Bośni i Hercegowinie, koncentrujący się na masowych okrucieństwach wojny w Bośni, miejscach ich popełnienia oraz ich wymazanym kontekście.
Abstract EN
The digital work "Makeshift" by Paweł Starzec, Krzysztof Pijarski, and Michał Szota was created in 2020 based on Paweł Starzec documentary series "Makeshift," realized between 2013 and 2020. The work was created in collaboration with vnLab of the Łódź Film School and Television and was presented during the "New Visual Narratives 2022" event in Łódź (July 1, 2022) along with an accompanying exhibition of photos from the project, and then during the "Ground Control" exhibition in Venice (2023), organized by vnLab and funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage under the Creative Sectors Development Program. Makeshift is a project dedicated to rewriting history in Bosnia and Herzegovina, focusing on the mass atrocities of the Bosnian War, the places where they occurred, and their erased context.
