Paweł Starzec is the author of a supplementary afterword entitled "Patented Spirit. The Social Contexts of Contemporary Documentary" in the book "Art Beyond Art? Documentary Photography in Poland." The book is published by the PIX.HOUSE Foundation, Poznań, 2023. The book has 556 pages, hardcover, in a 16.5 × 23 cm format. The author of the book published in Polish is Adrian Wykrota. The first edition was published in 500 copies (standard + author's edition), and the second edition in 200 copies. ISBN: 978-83-968764-0-9.
