dc.abstract.enIn the author’s opinion, the aim to strengthen the protection of the welfare of the child and to improve the level of legal security for children should be considered the right direction to make changes to the law. Nevertheless, not all the proposals contained in the Senate bill fully achieve the intended purpose. The author evaluates the proposed solutions, pointing out their advantages and disadvantages. dc.abstract.plZdaniem Autorki opinii dążenie do wzmocnienia ochrony dobra dziecka oraz do poprawy poziomu bezpieczeństwa prawnego dzieci należy uznać za właściwy kierunek dokonywania zmian w prawie. Niemniej nie wszystkie propozycje zawarte w senackim projekcie ustawy w pełni realizują zakładany cel. Autorka ocenia projektowane rozwiązania, wskazując na ich zalety oraz wady. Proponuje doprecyzowanie przepisów kodeksowych w określonym zakresie, aby wzmocnić realizację zasady ochrony dobra dziecka w procesie sądowym.
