Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja najsilniejszych czynników wpływających na satysfakcję z pracy w ramach siedmiu badanych grup determinantów, wśród polskich i włoskich pracowników, co stanowiło istotę przeprowadzonej analizy porównawczej. Określono również specyfikę każdej z dwóch grup badawczych pod kątem nastawienia do zmiany, co może różnicować postrzeganie czynników. W artykule wykorzystano wyniki autorskich badań przeprowadzonych przez autorkę i wskazano kierunki dalszych analiz i badań.
Abstract EN
The aim of the study is to identify the strongest factors influencing job satisfaction within the seven determinant groups studied, among Polish and Italian employees, which was the essence of the comparative analysis conducted. The specificity of each of the two research groups in terms of attitudes to change, which may differentiate the perception of factors, was also identified. The article uses the results of the author’s own research and indicates directions for further analysis and research.
